Updating a Goal Template

Justin Yuen -

The Goal Template brings together different question types so that you can build a task list. Goal templates are very customizable, below are directions for how to update existing goals.

Activate and Deactivate

Activating your goal makes it live on the workspaces of the connected data type. You can edit a goal when it is active, but it is quicker and easier to edit a goal when it is deactivated. If you have hundreds of workspaces it can take up to 30 minutes to activate and deactivate a goal.

Topics

Topics help you organize your tasks into different boards on the Tasks tab.

Add a Topic

Remove Topics

  • Under Data Types, Enabled Data Fields then Topics, uncheck the Topic desired.
  • If you have tasks that are linked to this Topic, you will need to update the Topic for those tasks, otherwise they will not appear in the Task tab.

 Reorder Topics

  • To change the order in which Topics appear you have to change their order on the topics page.
